How to add multiple stores / branches & print its' address on receipt accordingly

If you have many branches or stores in different location, you can add those outlets by creating a new store for each outlets. For this setup, you need additional terminal to be link to the respective store / branch / outlet. During the store setup, you can also specify the name & address of the outlet to be printed on the receipt.

Steps to add multiple stores / branches / outlets:

A. Agent/Agency assign additional terminal to the merchant's ID
B. Create store code for each outlets / branches / stores
C. Assign each store code to a terminal

Step 1 - Agent or agency need to do Tap Terminal Assignment to the merchant's ID at Agent's website. Once done, then, only proceed to step 2.

Step 2 - Login to merchant's website.

Step 3 - Parameter --> Store Code --> Add

Step 4 - Enter the relevant information and click Save.

Step 5 - Go to Parameter --> Terminal assignment (assign to outlet or branch or store) - assign each store code to a terminal, for example, if you have 3 branches, 3 store codes, 3 terminals to be assigned to each store codes.

Step 6 - Do reload menu at terminal. Go to F2 --> Admin --> Reload Menu --> Reload --> Press Enter

Step 7 - Go to F2 --> Admin --> Update Files --> Full Update (X) --> Done --> Override (X) --> Enter
