Part B
Agent register TrackSol account at Agent Web

B1. Login to Agent web www.ez.my/agent with your Agent login ID & password.
B2. Create TrackSol Account.
B2A. Go to Merchant Maintenance > Merchant Registration and fill up all the mandatory fields.

B2B. Whats does each fields meant?
B2B1. Company Information
  • Company Registered Name - Use full name as in SSM.
  • Abbreviation Name - This is a Short Name to be appear on receipt. Maximum 15 characters.
  • Company Registration No - Company registration number can be found on SSM. Example 123456-X.
  • Check if geographical location is in East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Additional RM50 will be charge for courier services. You are required to tick this, if you request TrackSol to ship the Terminal to you via courier.
  • Package Code = TRACKSOL

B2B2. Personal Information > use director information.
  • Notification Phone - This is important, we will send TrackSol related information to this HP number. TrackSol DO NOT allow sharing notification HP number.


B2B3. Bank Information of the company.
  • Auto Transfer Amount (DO NOT enable auto transfer. You dont need this for TrackSol.)
B2B4. Required Information > Zone, select the one most suitable.

B2B5. Optional: TrackSol Services (Please select item 3 & 7 only)
  • 3 TrackSol 2
  • 7 Sales And Distribution (Retail)
B2B6. Important! After submit, please scroll to the top of the page to copy the Merchant Code.

B3. Assign the Terminal to TrackSol Account.

B3A. Go to TAP Terminal > TAP Terminal Assignment
B3B. Fill up all the details below:
B3C. Merchant Code (the Merchant Code given by teh system)
B3D. Terminal ID

  • can be found at the bottom of the terminal, see picture below
  • Fill in the Terminal ID (TID) without "Space" or "-" dash.
  • Example of TID = 10000A1B2



B3E. Terminal Name (the name you want to call your terminal)
B3F. If the Terminal is used at the same address as business registration address, Tick the "same as business address" and click submit. Otherwise, fill up the new address.


Part C
Scan & Email the TrackSol registration form to doc.tracksol@gmail.com
In the email Subject, please write the Merchant Code (8 digit) & Merchant Name.

Example email Subject: 66336633 Mobile Money.

Part D
The original TrackSol registration form, please pos laju to:
