4. Create product list

Go to TrackSol Web


A. Create product category
  • From the Menu select Sales & Distribution > Product Maintenance > Category Maintenance > Add 
  • Product category will display on the TrackSol Terminal when you want to do sales.
  • All the category created, will be displayed on the TrackSol Terminal.
  • You can create any category to suite your needs. For example, Prepaid, Phones, Accessories.
  • You can also create sub category, for example, Maxis, Digi & Celcom. For instance you can create Maxis as a sub-category under Prepaid, by selecting the Prepaid as its Parent (as shown in the screen)
B. Download the template
Go to from Sales & Distribution > Product Maintenance > Product Upload

C. Edit the Template in Excel

Open the Template in excel file, and fill up all the necessary.
We have done sample Product List for phone shop to sell prepaid, you can use this as sample.
  • If you just want to upload to system download this csv file
  • If you want to edit the template, download this excel file version.

IMPORTANT!
Be sure to fill up the "Stock Code 1" column in the template, if you want TrackSol to track your inventory.

C. Upload edited Template to TrackSol

  • After editing the product list, please save an extra copy in excel file format for your future editing.
  • When you upload, you must save the product list as CSV format.
  • Then upload your product list to TrackSol web.
