Ralat Error Message |
There could be 2 possibilities for this error to happen:
A. The telco connection in that particular area or space is weak.
B. The terminal is not assign to any merchant.
Steps to rectify
A1. Check the connection. Move to different space or area and try again.
B1. Please contact agent to check whether the terminal has been assigned properly to the Merchant ID.
B2. If yes, please do Admin --> Update Files --> Full Update (X) --> Update (X) --> Done --> Enter
B3. Then, perform transaction again.
B4. If error still appear, please contact TrackSol helpdesk.
