These steps are for those who have initially performed all the setup including uploading a product & stock list. And now, you want delete the product & stock list and want to start fresh like new using the same Merchant ID. Please follow these steps closely.
Step 1. Delete products at product maintenance screen --> if you want to delete all, you need to do it manually page by page or screen by screen --> tick the select all box, then press delete. Note: deleting the product code from this screen DO NOT automatically delete the stock code. Please perform step 2.
Step 2. Delete stock codes at stock maintenance screen --> if you want to delete all, you need to do it manually page by page or
screen by screen --> tick the select all box, then press delete.
Step 3. Create another store. Re-assign or re-link the terminal ID to this new store.
Step 4. Delete the old store.
Step 5. Perform File Update & Reload menu at the terminal. The latest store code and empty product & store code will be loaded into the terminal...like new.
Step 6. Re-upload the product file (for bulk upload) or add new product using stock take or open receive via terminal.
Step 7. Once done, perform File Update & Reload menu at terminal. The latest product & stock code will be updated at the terminal.
