How to export transaction file to Accounting Program

Now you can export transactions from TrackSol to your accounting program as below:
1. SQL Accounting
2. AutoCount
3. GlobalSoft (ERP for factory)

TrackSol will export the transactions file according to each accounting software specification.

A. What transactions can you export:

1. Sales transaction records (both SQL Accounting & AutoCount)
Sales & Distribution --> Transaction --> Sales Details --> By Store or By Customer or By Staff

2. Customer Sales Orders (SQL Accounting & GlobalSoft - ERP) - for Distribution
Sales & Distribution > Customer Maintenance > Customer Transaction Info > Customer Sales Order

B. How to export the transactions:

Step 1 - Login to merchant website

Step 2 - Go to the relevant transaction page you want to export i.e. either Sales Details or Sales Order

Step 3 - On the screen, you will see section called "Export to Accounting"

Step 4 - Fill up the required information on the screen. Note: item call "Include Posted?" means if you have download a set of transactions earlier and you want to include those transactions in this download, choose Yes. If you do not want to include transactions already downloaded, leave blank.

Step 5 - Once fill up, click on Export.
 

Save file in a folder

Step 6 - Your internet browser will ask you to which folder you want to download. Select the folder you want to download and click on Save.
