If you want to change your current display setting to this latest design by GRID, please perform the following steps first. HOWEVER, please take note, the existing products list will not be automatically displayed or mapped over in the GRID method. You need to re-create or re-construct the products list for the GRID design.
How to change to GRID design steps by steps guide for existing merchant:
Step 1 - Login to merchant website.
Step 2 - Then, go to Parameter > Merchant Configuration.
Step 3 - Under the Terminal Configuration, select the GRID dimension from the drop down list --> then click save.
Step 4 - Then, Update Terminal, go to Admin --> Update Files --> Full Update (X) --> Done --> Update (X) --> press Enter
Step 5 - Go to POS/Cash Sales --> Tap at Tambah / Add --> The display is now by Grid with empty box
Step 6 - Then, create or construct the GRID menu/product list using Excel file (read here on How to create terminal display menu/product by GRID using Excel file)
Step 7 - After the GRID menu/product list uploaded, perform Terminal Update. Go to Admin --> Update Files --> Full Update (X) --> Done --> Update (X) --> press Enter
