1. Got o Tracksol web http://retail.ez.my
2. go to
Sales & Distribution > Customer Maintenance > Customer Transaction Info > Purchase History > Batch Upload
3. Download the purchase history template
4. Complete the purchase history for all customers, and save the file
Customer code = must use the same customer code registered
Product code = follow your product code
Last unit price = the price you want to fix for the product for this customer
Last Purchase Qty = Last Purchase Qty
Last Sold By = can leave blank
Last Transaction Date(dd/mm/yyyy) = please follow this date format dd/mm/yyyy, example 16/12/2015
5. Upload the saved file
6. If the upload is successful you will see this message in blue
Total records to upload: x. (Uploaded successfully: x, Passed on validation: x, Failed on validation: 0)
7. After upload is successful, please update your terminal
