Summary of the required steps:
Step 1 - Login to merchant website to download Product List Template (csv format)
Step 2 - After download, open the file and enter the information according to the template
Step 3 - Once done, click Save (as csv - comma delimited- format)
Step 4 - Login to merchant website, upload the file
Step 5 - After upload, please do terminal file update
Details Steps
Step 1 - Download Product List Template
You need to download the product template first. Login to Merchant website. Go to Sales & Distribution --> Product Maintenance --> Product Upload --> Download Product List Template.
After download --> Best if you work it in Excel. Open the file --> File --> Save As --> Excel 97-2003 Workbook

NOTES:
1. It is best if you can get a product list from the merchant.
2. You can also create a generic code for non-barcode products, for example (00 - Ikan/Fish, 01 - Sayur/Vegetable). During selling, you can use the short cut entry:
Product Code * Price * Quantity OR Product Code ** Quantity
Use # for decimal when price --> RM2.50 --> 2#5
Example 1: Fish price at RM5.00 for 2 --> Short cut entry: 00*5*2
Example 2: Vegetable price at RM3.50, no quantity --> Short cut entry: 01*3#5
3. For Barcode items - you can link the scanner to your laptop or PC, then move the cursor in the spread sheet. Scan the item and the barcode number will appear in the box.

Output Tax refer to the product column J-Tax type & K-Tax Code
Input Tax refer to the stock column P - Tax Code 1

Step 3 - Save File as CSV (Comma Delimited)
Now, save the file as Excel Workbook first. Once done, then save as CSV. Go to File --> Save As --> Select CSV (Comma Delimited).
Step 4 - Upload the product list file
Login to merchant's website. Go to Sales & Distribution --> Product Maintenance --> Product Upload

Step 5 - Update Terminal
At terminal, go to F2 --> Admin --> File Update --> Full Update (X) --> Update (X) --> press Enter
