When press F2 after merchant registration, nothing happen

Please check the following at the Terminal:

A. Wrong language setting. For Retail use BM. For Restaurant use EN. (Go to Tetapan or Setting --> Change Language according to the module subscribed).

B. If after change language still the same, please follow the following procedures:

B1. Login to agent's website. Check the merchant registration information. Ensure the TrackSol Service box is correctly done.

For Retail --> Tick TrackSol 2 and Sales & Distribution (Retail)
For Restaurant --> Tick TrackSol 2 and Sales & Distribution (Restaurant)

If you are not able to do the above changes, please contact TrackSol Helpdesk.
Once the done, please update the terminal as follows:

B2. Tap at Kemas kini or Update --> enter menu number 113140 --> Enter
B3. Go to F1 --> Update Menu --> Download Menu --> Enter
B4. Press F2
