Why I did not receive report via email

Below are the possibilities. Please check one by one.

1. You did not add report subscription to receive via email. Click here how to subscribe to report.

2. The email address in the subscription is not correct. Please check it is the correct email address.

3. You just added the subscription today. If yes, the report will only be auto sent starting from next day (i.e. tomorrow morning).

4. All the above are correct. What is next? Please check your SPAM or JUNK Email folder. Some email providers re-direct email from unknown sources to SPAM or JUNK. If confirm it is in the SPAM folder, please change the setting to NOT SPAM.




5. If all the above fail, please report to TrackSol Helpdesk.
