Why the terminal display "Error. Contact MM (2)"


Terminal error message

There are 2 possibilities:
A. Most common --> Wrong staff card number entered or key in
B. Agent does not properly tick the 2 TrackSol box during registration


DETAILS STEP TO RECTIFY

A1. One of the staff card number entered at merchant's website is wrong even if one digit is wrongly entered. Let say, you have keyed in 5 staff cards but one card number is not correct, terminal will display this message.

A2. Please review and check all the staff card numbers maintain on the website. Click on the card number link and correct the card number --> then, save. Below is a sample.

A3. Once A2 done, please perform Reload menu at the terminal. Go to Admin --> Reload Menu --> Reload --> Enter.



B1. Not properly registered --> Agent need to login to Agent's website and check whether the TrackSol option is properly maintained.

B2. If it is not properly maintained, please contact your respective Agent/Agency for further action so that the box option can be rectified. Please inform which merchant ID.
